Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103761) and the date (7/9/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the Ministry of Finance No. (34401) and the date (29/8/1444 AH), Referring to the Ministry’s Circular No. (38775) dated (9/9/1442 AH), regarding the launch of the financial claims service from the private sector through the "Etimad" platform, for contracts and baptisms with the reference number registered on the platform, and activating a mechanism to follow up and escalate them, and submit periodic performance reports in In case of delay in finalizing financial claims procedures.
the Ministry’s statement that the service of raising financial claims for contracts and authorizations through the “Etimad” platform will be suspended from government agencies, and this service will be available to contractors, suppliers, and contractors with government agencies only, starting from the date (9/24/1444 AH) corresponding to (4/15/2023 AD), The Ministry wishes to urge contractors, suppliers, and contractors to raise financial claims related to their contracts on an Etimad platform regularly to ensure payment according to the guideline.
